Outside of Eastwood Travels, you can easily book a Grab and pin "One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1" or if you prefer to commute, there is usually buses and jeeps along C5 going to or from different points e.g. Cubao, BGC - Market! Market!, Mckinley Hill, Pasay (Newport) etc.

- For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

- $19 fee/night for each additional guest beyond # of guests booked past 10 pm
EARLY CHECK-IN:
- $10 fee ( 1PM onwards) (subject to availability)

Check-in earlier than 1PM is only allowed if the listing has been vacant and no guest is going to checkout the same day of the check-in.
LATE CHECK-OUT:
- $10 (subject to availability)
- $55 fee for unauthorized late checkout
NO SMOKING OR NO VAPING:
- $90 per day smoking fine for odor remediation
NO LOUD NOISE PAST 10 PM:
- $90 fee for failure to tone down noise after a neighbor's complaint and/or not following the request to vacate premises
PET RULES:
- CONTACT US with a dog description prior to booking (breed, weight)
- Please let us know if your sweet pet needs a, doggie toys, bowls, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- You must accept the request for a $30 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $8 per night
- Limited to 1 small dog (below 40 lbs. each)
- Pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Pick up after them
- Must be house-trained/potty-trained
- Dogs are NOT allowed on ANY FURNITURE
- Leaving your dog unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- You assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay additional amounts shall this occur
- If excessive pet noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors you must quiet the situation or $55 per day fine.
**NO CATS ALLOWED**
**Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $90 fine and vacating premises**
IDs of all guests will be required prior to check-in
For amenity use, please inform us ahead of time regarding the time and when are you planning to use them so we can accompany you as it's part of the admin requirements. It would be ideal if it's between 9 AM to 6 PM.
