Welcome to Creekside Cottage!
This mid 20th century remodeled home has 3 bedrooms/2 full baths and offers approximately 1,350 sqft of interior living space complete with den, dining room, kitchen, and laundry. Primary bedroom has private full bath. Outside offers covered parking, patio, deck, and grill. Only two blocks from downtown Sylacauga shopping, dining, park, recreational facilities and medical facilities.
The interior of home is on one level. Enter into the living room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are to the left side of the home from the living room and the dining room, kitchen and laundry are on the right side of the home from the living room.
Just a 10-minute drive to Pursell Farms, home of top rated Farmlinks Golf Course, Pursell Farms Orvis Shooting grounds & Hamilton Place event venue. Only 15 minutes to Lay Lake, 30 minutes to Lake Martin & 30 minutes to Logan Martin Lake. NASCAR race fans are only 30 minutes from Talladega Superspeedway.
