良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション
We did not have any towels and when asked for me she suggested we go to the basement to retrieve the ones in the dryer. It was a very old house so the basement was creepy. But I went down there and the towels were still wet in the dryer and the basement had standing water. I alerted the host and she called me a liar. We did get new towels with tags on delivered to the front door. I asked for the wifi information and never received it. Also, we did not know it was 2 levels and guests stayed above us. Which they were up late partying. The location was great and they did their best to keep it fresh and clean. But I am not a liar and didn't appreciate not having fresh washed towels. Or wifi information.
