The Space:
New property in Mendoza!

Welcome to our stunning mansion located in the heart of Mendoza. This beautiful property features 9 spacious bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and ample living space to accommodate up to 22 guests.

The house has various social spaces, from terraces and galleries, a huge pool and heated jacuzzi full of sun and a large barbecue area with space to accommodate all diners. For your comfort, all bedrooms have air conditioner to enjoy a nice temperature during your stay.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood, just around the corner from one of the city's most refined winery, Bodega Escorihuela Gascon. Inside the winery, you can enjoy the Michelin prized restaurant '1884' of famous argentinian chef Francis Mallmann.

The house has ample parking space for two vehicles on the interior esplanade, in addition to a double space on the sidewalk, ideal for large groups with its own transportation to the wineries. It is a recognized and safe area due to its proximity to the city's main hospital.

With its sleek design and modern amenities, our house provides the perfect retreat for families, friends, or colleagues looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in one of Argentina's most picturesque regions.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
