Big, fun-filled meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Watching the kids run around and explore. BBQs on the expansive deck and evenings around the fire pit reliving the day’s adventures are what this home is all about. - There is plenty of driveway parking available, including space for a boat trailer
- The home fits up to 8 adults comfortably
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- The maximum occupancy of 10 includes visitors and is strictly enforced
- NOTE: Fireworks are prohibited on the property. The use of fireworks of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund
- NOTE: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If the police are called for any reason, including a noise complaint it will result in immediate eviction without a refund
- NOTE: Only street-legal licensed vehicles are allowed to be operated on the property including motorcycles and all types of ATVs. No driving or parking on any grass areas is allowed. RV/camper parking is also prohibited on-site
- NOTE: The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area. There is a landline available. Please check with your provider to confirm your service quality
- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. This also means the maximum occupancy includes any infants/children and is strictly enforced
- NOTE: There is wildlife, including bears, in the area. Unsupervised children are highly discouraged
