The apartment features a pragmatic kitchen, clean bathroom, spacious living room with a smart tv, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 twin sized pull out bed plus a comfortable couch as well. Just a short walk to many great restaurants/bars. 5 minute drive to Hamburg Gaming Casino. 10 minute to Buffalo Bills Stadium, 20 minute to DT Buffalo and Airport.

Nice place, very clean and bright. It's close to the beach, and other places. It's an older home, but don't judge the book by it's cover. The photos are exactly what you'll enjoy. They've done a very nice job inside, and provided everything needed! Great hosts!

GO BILLS!

Great place to stay for a Bills game. Just a few minutes from the stadium . Very nice, clean, 2 bdrm apartment.

Was coming up for the Bills game and this place caught my eye since it’s pretty close to the stadium. It’s close around a lot of places and not far from Downtown Buffalo. Also inside of the place is exactly like the pictures, nice and neat. Will definitely save this for future trips.

Heat!!!

It would have been nice if the heat would have been turned on before we got there. It was 30 degrees outside and the inside of the house was 46. After travelling all day and being outside it would have been great to go into a warm place to shower and go to bed. I booked this place weeks in advance, so it wasn't like they didn't have plenty of time to make sure the heat was on. The owners response was the thermostat is adjustable and she can set it at a comfortable temperature. Not how I would have responded.The place also needed a little dusting before we got there would have been nice. It looked like nobody had been in it, since the last home Bills game.

-Mattress is comfortable - [ ] TV works fine- [ ] No stairs (except to get on porch and in the foyer) which is good for us- [ ] Kitchen is fine except no kitchen towels. No icemaker in refrigerator, just plastic ice trays - [ ] Abundance of paper towels, commercial grade toilet paper, shampoo and body wash samples.- [ ] The bidet works so well that I’m pretty sure it removed my hemorrhoid, at least I won't have to go to the doctor again - [ ] Pre-Paid full price for a different unit owned by Brian and Gina that we decided looked too rundown. They kept HALF of the full price of the first unit rather than transferring the money to this unit! WHAT?- [ ] Outlets don’t work unless you turn on the light switch, standard wiring requires only one outlet to be wired to switch with the other always live.- [ ] Coffee maker blows up with coffee grounds, that was a nice surprise my first morning - [ ] No TVs in bedrooms - [ ] Uneven flooring are tripping hazards - [ ] Only one hand towel in the bathroom- [ ] Minimum number of bath towels- [ ] Couch is worn out and needs replacing- [ ] LOTS of road traffic noise- [ ] One small bathroom not near either bedroom - [ ] No dish cloths, scrub pad or dish soap, the only way to wash dishes was by using the dishwasher - [ ] Several rooms in the house had cabinets that held what look like repair parts for the home which made these areas inaccessible for us to use. It was my understanding that when you rent a house through
