Modern luxury 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom rental. All 3 bedrooms include a king bed and spacious closets. The master room has a full bathroom, while the other 2 rooms share a full bathroom. The house has a spacious private fenced in backyard and an office that can be utilized for remote working. The basement has a cloud-like couch with a 65" TV and a wardrobe for any additional guests.

Wonderful place!

We loved the house- perfect for our 3 couples to visit family. So much space and very comfortable! Loved the neighborhood. So quiet but still very close to the main road. Hope to stay again.

Excellent house for a group

We had a 5-star experience at this lovely house from the start! The rooms were perfect, bathrooms clean and well-stocked, kitchen was roomy and great for our group cooking times. We did not use the outdoor amenities, but everything looked just fine. If you need a lovely house, close to everything, please choose this one! The property manager was amazing to work with--always responded promptly to any need or question. We will rent again!!

Wonderful place - nice neighborhood - lots of space.

Met with family from Michigan for an early Thanksgiving weekend. Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Room to spread out and gather in different groups. Everything was really nice.

The perfect house in the perfect location

We know Louisville well and this Brownsboro Rd area is perfect - and this home did not disappoint. Super clean, easy to access, owner was really nice and communicative, awesome historically relevant neighborhood and the location is spot on. 100% recommend and will use again.

Great VRBO rental in Louisville

We had a 5 night stay at this property. This is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. I had a special circumstance on arrival that Taylor, the host, was able to accommodate for us. The amenities were great. We arrived and everything we needed were already there. The location was great for us because we were visiting my niece who lived just 3 miles away. We had a lovely stay and I would definitely rent this home again.

Nice house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Fenced yard.

We had a great ten day stay in this spacious house. Taylor kept checking in with us during a storm related power outage. Our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard. It was a pleasure walking the dog in the nice, quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this property.
