Close to Expo Center

The house was very nice, plenty of room for our group of 7. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Stay during NAILE

This property was very clean, up to date, and overall a great place to stay. We were there for the livestock show and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as you see in pictures!

We came to Louisville because it was in the center of Mammoth Cave and the Ark Encounter. We felt at home! The neighborhood is mixed, the people are nice, and the houses are so cute! The kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Golf trip with the boys

Property was in good shape and fairly priced, loved the location, it gave us flashbacks to our college days. Neighborhood is lively with kids playing basketball and neighbors out and about but quiet at the same time. Great experience if you're not too shy.

Don’t judge a book by the neighborhood

This location is nice and clean. It is close to downtown and attractions. The neighborhood is the only downside if you judge by the looks. Be prepared when you pull into the neighborhood as it is in the beginnings of a comeback.

Nice home with the essentials

We appreciated having essentials of four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry for our group of eight. The location was close to the expo center where we spent most of our time. The property was clean. The house is compact with seating for meals limited, but the pictures accurately portrayed this. It should be noted that the bunkbed mattresses are quite hard if you have adults staying there. Overall, communication with the host was very good.

4br/2 bath very practical

4 retirees in for golf and PGA so 4 br very nice. Property older and baths smaller but useable. Area is marginal but within 1 mile of Churchill. Fourth back bedroom with bunks is metal with very thin mattress so uncomfortable for adult and noisy. Back two rooms get limited AC so warm. I wouldn’t take my wife to property but for 4 guys the cost and location made for a fun and ok stay.
