Walk to Lakes Regional Park/Farmers Market or Castle Golf (mini golf) or drive a few minutes to area restaurants, beaches and entertainment. Kayak or canoe out the fully fenced pet friendly back yard, life jackets available for dogs as well. 4 kayaks, 1 small skim board kayak, and 1 canoe available. Full kitchen with microwave. 24 hour upscale laundromat minutes away with folding services available. Free wi-fi, cable & parking included. Additional streaming tv also available in Bedroom. Saltwater pool home with ample seating and a dining teak table for 6 under covered deck. Close to Florida Southwestern College, Barbara B Mann theater, Sanibel and Captiva Island beaches, Fort Myers Beach. Amazing sunsets from the backyard. Sip morning coffee on the dock bench swing.

There is a lot of history in this neighborhood- first woman boat captain in Florida lived on our canal and would take famous people like Cary Grant and Henry Ford fishing from here in the 1920’s

The setting is amongst huge 200 year old oak trees in the heart of everything that is convenient in SW FL - minutes to some of the best restaurants and shopping. You will feel like you’re out in the countryside on our 1/2 and can kayak in one of the largest mangrove sanctuaries around here.
