Elegant home in the heart of Marbella, Spain

This is our beautiful home. We rent it out for summer and Christmas when we are in Estonia. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!"

We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, Xbox, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool!

The house is really on the heart of Marbella, everything is a walking distance. It's an older Spanish neighborhood, so very quiet and safe (NO PARTIES!). Malaga airport is olny 30minutes drive.

You can walk 20 minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town with lots of restaurant and bars options. Sandy beach is also 20 minutes walk. There are several food stores around us, the closest is 5minutes walk and 3 others around 15minutes walk.

I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds. If you need help with breakfast or cleaning I know a super nice lady, who can help you. Also Im happy to help you get contact with a fabulous dinner chef. Enjoy good food with my Villeroy & Boch Petite Fleur dining ware in a warm Mediterranean evening!

The house has 4 bedrooms with all en-suite + guest toilet. There is a large living room, all equipped kitchen and BBQ area outside. Lots of sitting areas and sun beds outside + covered terrace on the second floor with beautiful sea view. I have Ralph Lauren bedding thruout the bedrooms.

Pool is beautiful and it has a heating for an extra cost. From May to October its warm anyway. If you come at Christmas, you can be sure the house is warm and cozy because we have underfloor heating throughout the house.

There is one parking space in the garden (and plenty on the street) and electric charger for a car.

I love design, architecture and art! Therefore I'm quite proud to say my home was selected in the Spanish biggest design magazine El Mueble 2023 summer edition as a fabulous holiday home. You can see those photos at the end of the photo gallery.
