This is a secluded location with wildlife including deer. Plenty of space outside to play games, have a picnic or just hang out and enjoy the peaceful ranch. There is a regional airport 25 minutes away along with groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

We are located approximately 3 hours from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport and 3 hours from Oklahoma City. We are also approximately one hour to Sheppard AFB in Wichita Falls, TX and Altus AFB, OK.
