Please note prior to booking there is a 21-age requirement to book this unit. Person who books must be 21 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received within 48 hours of the time of booking the guest forfeits the reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 21 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No unregistered guests allowed in the unit; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 4 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted with no refund.
This unit has a 2-car maximum. No more than 2 vehicles will be allowed. We do not allow extra cars. No exceptions. Two parking passes & 4 wristbands are already included in the booking total. Guest wristbands are a mandatory requirement & must be worn on property at all times & on the persons wrist. Anyone found on property not wearing one could be asked to vacate the premises by the resort. Guests under 10 are not required to wear one. Parking passes are left inside the unit & must be placed inside vehicles immediately to avoid being towed. Guest parking permits are to be hung from the center rear view mirror with reservation data facing out. One parking pass will be issued designated garage parking. The second parking pass will be issued for overflow parking. Overflow passes are not authorized to park in the garage. (The large open parking lot right next to the building) Please make sure vehicles are parked within the white lines & not over the white lines to avoid being towed. If wristbands or parking passes are lost/damaged guests will be responsible in paying to replace them.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow or guarantee early check in's during prime season. We ask that you & your party please plan on the 4pm check in time. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made for an early check in. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the unit is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a "starter pack" of amenities just to get you through the first night. As we never want our guests rushing straight to the store when you arrive. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade for the kitchen, 2 pods for laundry, (if unit has a washer & dryer inside the condo) 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found upon check in. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not found where it was during your check in additional charges will apply.
This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500.
The Rental Guardian Damage waiver included in the booking total only covers accidental damages. This insurance does not cover linen.
Example: comforters, encasements, mattress pads, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, & kitchen towels are not covered under the Rental Guardian Damage protection. If a guest damages any linen the guest will be charged & is responsible for covering the charge for each item that is damaged, stained, or missing.
