Horrible!!!

Sebastian did NOT put the key in the lock box, apparently double booked the property after charging us over $10000.00. He did NOT resound to calls or text, then the next day said property was canceled due to " natural disatet".....a horrific experience. We had to get a hotel at 11pm that same night disater

It was only just ok

Listing of address on website was inaccurate. We ended up being quite away from where we thought the address was, thus proved problematic Fridge door very difficult to open. Stains on the lounge chair No mop to clean up the bathroom water No broom to sweep the floor. I asked for a broom and a kettle to boil water for a cup of coffee Managers response was to ask the owner, no kettle or broom was forthcoming, even though we were there for 12 days. I’m not sure how they thought we could clean up with no equipment to do so. Entrance to the room was dirty and there was dog fences on the door mat The outside area to the flat was very uninviting and dirty On the upside the beds and the laundry facilities were good

Please keep this private for the owners/property manager only

Since this is a new listing, I prefer this review to be for owners/property manager only. The guest house worked well for us but several things need attention: a better shower curtain (water runs all over the floor); toaster and keurig three pronged plugs don’t fit in the Kitchen’s three pronged outlets; the doors on the refrigerator should be reversed so they open on opposite sides; and an iron would be nice. In general, it was a very comfortable place to sleep with comfortable bedding and good climate control and a nice shower head. The walkway from the street, past the house in front of the guest house, leaves a bad impression: it is unkempt and messy. Communication with Sebastian didn’t solve any of our issues. Other boats have been very responsive and helpful. I felt like he didn’t have any ability to help the situation, and offered answers that felt automated.
