Soulful, artistic house with a calming aura

Our house on the countryside of Northern Norway is a perfect retreat for families, couples or freelancers alike. It's decorated with a slew of paintings by the resident witch (read: mother), and walls, floors, doors and cabinets painted in her favourite colors. The interior overall is an eclectic collection of furniture gathered over the years, from driftwood to flea markets. You can sit comfortably by the bay window, drinking your morning coffee and enjoy both sea and mountains views, for hours upon end. Or light up the fireplace and sit down on the warm and cozy sheepskin rug.

There's nature in all directions, with both mountains, forests and river paths in walking distance. In winter there's possiblities for both mountain skiing and a regularly maintained skiing path only a ten minute drive away.
