-Maximum of 4 guests at any time - we are only insured for those listed on reservation. Max of 2 vehicles at anytime
-The House is for Sale; we may need to show it during your stay.
-The speed limit on SP Terry is 10 mph.
You must drive through several of our neighbor's private property to reach ours, please driving the posted 10mph speed.
