NEW LISTING WITH DISCOUNTED PRICING ! Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly semi-oceanfront gem! Centrally located in Avon you are minutes away by foot or bike to grocery, seafood market, restaurants, the Pamlico Sound (similar to Bay) and the Atlantic Ocean and beach! There are many spacious areas to getaway to throughout the home both inside and out for added privacy. This home would work well for work retreats, team building events, and other business travel!
The space
Close enough for great ocean views and easy access to the beach. Built in 1990 well cared for and lots of recent updates in 2024! Walk up a flight of exterior stairs which leads you into the first level of the home where there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and the laundry area. The second floor offers a huge great room (pool table and foos ball table) with tons of brand new windows in 2024 and natural light, a newly remodeled kitchen, half bath, and a sunroom/dining room and office. The third floor boast two ensuite king bedrooms and another living room to retreat to! Outside, relax and enjoy the covered and sun decks and views of the ocean just across the street. Convenient to everything, enjoy the multi use path to walk or bike to nearby dining and shops or just to get a bit of exercise. You can also relax in the private secluded pool area. Large lot for you and your 4 legged pup to enjoy!

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked owners closets.

*Should you want to experience the Northern Beaches - Special Discount for our guests on beach rental supplies & set up between Duck to South Nags Head! Any Questions - please ask your host!

I studied Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise with an emphasis in Exercise & Health Promotion at Virginia Tech & put that knowledge to work on a daily basis as a Pilates Instructor at the only classical Pilates Studio in the OBX, The Presidio of Pilates! In addition to my education, my love for business & entrepreneurial spirit led me to Hosting! I CoHost multiple spaces in locations throughout the United States and as a Professional Referrer of hosting I take great joy in teaching folks how to start their own business hosting by themselves or with assistance.
