Located in the historic Tahquitz Creek Estates neighborhood of South Palm Springs you will find this newly remodeled 3 bedroom (1 King en suite, 2 queen) 2 bath mid century home with special attention paid to respecting period architecture while updating for all the modern conveniences. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with large center island, double sided fireplace, new bathrooms with walk-in showers, outdoor gas bbq, beautiful pool with unobstructed mountain views. Grapefruit, lemon, blood orange, and tangelo trees on the property (usually in season November through April). Calm, neutral interior for a relaxing stay indoors or outside on the pool deck. Very quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of The Parker Hotel, Vons, Target, and Trader Joes. Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort one block away. This is a hidden gem of a mid century community that still has many original family owners who bought when the area was first developed in 1961. There is a very low concentration of short term rentals in the neighborhood which adds to the quiet nature of the community. Unobstructed views of the mountains to the south, proximity to golf, snooping, hiking trails, and the airport make it an ideal location to relax and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property was a “to the studs” renovation that improved on, while respecting, the original mid century charm of the property. Walls were moved to open up the space and improve the home’s brightness and flow, bathrooms were fully renovated to provide a more modern feel, the fireplace was refaced in mid century cinderblock and a wall was removed to allow movement from both sides as well as visibility to the kitchen and dining room. The newly open plan brings everyone together with a bright kitchen and dining room. The main bedroom is on one side of the house creating a nice separation from the other two bedroom. The pool deck has unobstructed views of the San Jacinto mountains to the south with no power lines to mar the scenery.
