This updated and fun Mid Century Modern inspired townhome offers guests a tranquil atmosphere with unbeatable palm tree and mountain views plus many on-site amenities that you're going to love during your stay! Located along the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course in South Palm Springs, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fun and very well appointed!

The Palm Tree House has 3 outdoor patios: a covered patio off the living room with comfortable seating, a patio by the kitchen with mountain views and a dining table that can seat 4 with a BBQ grill; lastly, a cozy balcony off the primary bedroom overlooking the beautiful grounds!
Be sure to take advantage of the three pools, four spas, two tennis courts, and the koi pond!
The main level includes a spacious living and dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and a bar area right off the living area. Watch your favorite shows on the 60" living room smart TV while sipping your favorite cocktail.
The main level also features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen sofa bed, both with access to a shared jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom which we call the "Tree House" features a King size bed, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a long single sink vanity and an incredible walk-in shower, plus access to an upper-level private balcony! A great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
There is a small dedicated work space upstairs right off the primary bedroom, great if you need a place to work from home!
PARKING: 1 covered spot, additional guest parking in community lot

Please note: The Primary bedroom is located on the top floor in a mezzanine. It is the only room located upstairs and it is very secluded from the rest of the house but it has an open stairwell to the lower floor.

No smoking on the premises
No outdoor music at all; no excessive noise of any kind
Two additional children 12 years old or younger permitted
Up to 2 pets permitted
Pet fee is $150.
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (3 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
10. DECORATIONS: Only Painters Tape allowed on the walls. NO confetti or glitter as you know it's impossible to remove & unfair to our lovely housekeepers. Any leftover decor, balloons, etc. or damage on the walls or anywhere that is not normal wear & tear, will incur an extra cleaning/damage fee taken from the deposit
