Welcome to the Beach Life Rental PCB, an upscale villa at Edgewater where you are near all you want to be for a fantastic vacation.

The Beach Life Rental PCB villa is ideally located--near a seasonally heated pool, golf course, sport courts, fitness center and just 5-10 minute walk to the beach, lagoon pool, splash pad, chair rentals, Oceans restaurant, and more.

Inside this ground floor, one bedroom villa is a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional couch (sleeper sofa) and a recliner, dining area/bar, and a full, well-equipped kitchen. Our smart TV and high speed fiber internet keeps you connected and entertained. Our covered patio is right off the living room and provides seating that overlooks a beautiful water feature and the golf course.

The bed features two queen beds, dresser, walk in closet, smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For your convenience, we have a second full bathroom with walk-in shower and a washer/dryer.

This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and one parking pass. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
