Welcome to PCB Sugar Shores, a stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo located on the easy-access second floor of the Windward building at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach.

This recently renovated and beautifully decorated condo sleeps four to six with a king in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa plus a double sleeper loveseat in the living room. The living room features comfy furniture, a Smart TV, and an amazing view of the Gulf that you can soak up from within the condo or from the private balcony. A fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any meals, drinks or snacks, plus a washer and dryer and free wifi are offered for the ultimate in convenience. We also have a twin rollaway bed if needed. Maximum occupancy is six (6).

For your convenience, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports balls, and beach umbrellas.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. You’ll find a seasonally heated pool right beside our building plus just 50 yards away is a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service, and more. Over the pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveler's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
