Clean, new and spacious
We enjoyed our short stay in Marshall. The house was new and clean, with plenty of space for a larger group than ours. Because it's new, everything worked perfectly, great water pressure, etc. The king size bed was very comfortable. However, if a group of 8 did use the house, they would struggle to be comfortable in the living room area with only two couches. We also noticed the lack of chairs at the kitchen counter. We only had one wash cloth when we checked in, but the host was immediately responsive to our message and had additional hand towels delivered before we got back from dinner. Sadly, there were no wash cloths in the delivery! We made due. We didn't spend much time during the day at the house, so the fact that there was someone working with loud aerating equipment in the yard nearly all day wasn't a problem for us. We also didn't do any cooking other than basic breakfast toast and coffee, but if we had a large group and wanted to prepare a meal for 6-8 people, we would have needed more pots and pans than were provided. Everything in the kitchen was very basic. Again, we enjoyed our stay -- the house is as pictured, but I would not call this "luxury" (as in the description) by any means.
