私どものアパートメントへようこそ。ベーブリンゲンのダウンタウンにある3部屋の高級アパートメントで、オープンな間取りと明るいお部屋がこのアパートメントを特別な場所にしています。バルコニーでは夏には日向ぼっこができます。
主寝室には十分なスペースがあります。快適な1.8mx2mのダブルベッドが安眠をお約束します。2つ目の部屋には大きなダブルベッドがあります。ここにはデスクもあり、ホームオフィスでの日々を生産的に過ごすことができます。
寝具、タオル、シャンプー、シャワージェルも含まれていますので、手ぶらでご入居いただけます。
2018年に建てられたばかりの新築で、ビデオインターフォン、床暖房、地下駐車場などの高級設備が整っています。バウハウススタイルの椅子など、細部にまでこだわった家具が揃っています。
お子様や赤ちゃん連れのご家族に最適で、必要に応じてベビーベッドやおもちゃもご用意しております。

Welcome to our apartment - Perfect for business travelers and families with children. This exclusive 3-room apartment in downtown Böblingen with an open floor plan and bright rooms that make this apartment an exceptional place. The balcony offers a place in the sun in the summer.
The master bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m double bed ensures restful sleep. The second room has a large double bed for the night. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive.
Bedding, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag.
It is a new construction built in 2018 with high-end amenities like video intercom, in-floor heating, underground parking. Our apartment is furnished with lots of designer furniture as well as Bauhaus style chairs as well as other lovely details.
Perfect for families with children or baby, as we also provide baby crib as well as toys for your dream family if needed and requested.
