This beautifully updated one bedroom one bath condo on the North end of Carolina Beach comes packed with incredible views from every room of the marsh and/or the ocean. It is within walking distance to Freeman Park and the North end Pier. There is 1 king bed in the Master bedroom that also has a balcony with views of the pool and marsh, and1 Full sized pull out in the living room for added sleep space.  This unit has 1 Full bathroom with shower and tub, a full kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker, and Linens Are Provided!  No golf carts! 

Pool is open (as of April 21, 2025) for the season

There is a tv in the bedroom-it is a Smart Tv with Roku.
There is also a tv in the Living room which has basic cable and a Roku Stick

There are (2) unassigned parking spaces but you must have parking pass displayed at all times.
