My flat is a cozy 323sf, beautifully decorated with plenty of natural light. It's an ideal place to work and create, as from the table you'll have a view of lots of greenery from the balcony, which is surrounded by old giant trees.
This nice apartment is in the highly praised neighborhood of Palermo, located 5 minutes away from Plaza Italia and Scalabrini Ortiz subway station, 15 minutes from the Palermo Woods and in the calm part of the lively Palermo Soho neighborhood, where stores, bars and restaurants are. It's also 20 minutes by subway from downtown Buenos Aires (Obelisco, Recoleta, Puerto Madero, etc.).

Palermo is the nicest, coolest and friendliest neighbourhood in the world (as far as I know!). Full of colour and life, it never ceases to amaze me. Bars, restaurants, libraries and designer boutiques rub shoulders in an arty, family-friendly environment.
