Welcome to Milagro House! Our luxurious Beaufort retreat has been curated with high end furnishings and stylish accents with your comfort in mind. Located in the heart of the Historic district, we are a short walk from Beaufort’s thriving waterfront and downtown where you can enjoy restaurants/shops/art district and the Spanish Moss Trail. Explore SC beaches/parks with our complimentary beach pass or spend your days unwinding at our cozy home. It's an ideal space for small families and couples!
Welcome to the Milagro Home! Experience the best that Beaufort has to offer in our bright and chic, custom designed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.
Adorned with luxurious Milagro Collective rugs and stylish, designer accents, we've worked to create a warm and inviting space that embodies the classic coastal ambiance. Less than a mile to the Bay Street shopping and dining district and waterfront park, the Milagro Home is ideally located for you to experience Beaufort and have a welcoming place to call home and enjoy some rest and relaxation.
Our custom home provides the classic southern experience with a spacious front porch and double porch swings that invite easy porch conversations, an open concept layout where the kitchen, living, and dining rooms flow seamlessly together, opulent king and queen bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a luxurious custom tiled shower, and a fenced in backyard with custom brick patio for the whole family to enjoy.
We offer a complimentary SC state park pass including access to Huntington Beach! Our home is located on a quiet side road that is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a Pilates studio, and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 25 minutes away. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.
Main floor:
- King bedroom with a desk to work from home (if you must!)
- Queen bedroom with optional toddler bumpers for little ones
- Sun filled living room with two designer, comfy sofas and a Samsung Frame TV with YouTube TV
- Fully stocked kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and ample prep space
- Kitchen island with bar seating for 4
- Dining table with seating for 6+
- Stacked washer/dryer
Outside:
- Quintessential southern front porch with two front porch swings
- Fully fenced in yard with custom herringbone brick patio design
- Propane grill with complimentary propane
- Private driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars
You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet.
We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
Our house is located close to downtown in an up and coming area. Our neighbors are wonderful and welcoming, and we of course ask that you treat them with the utmost respect. We are on a quiet road off of main Bay St.
We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
