All communication must be done through Airbnb messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

Common areas are just for guests and owners, no visitors are allowed.
No visitors if there are 2 guests on the reservation.
In the case you reserved as 1 person you may have the chance to have a visitor, a +1.

The rate you have paid includes 20kwatts of electricity per night, in case of exceeding consumption, $8 MXN per extra KW is charged.

TO MAKE USE OF THE PARKING, A PRIOR REGISTRATION IS REQUESTED AT THE RECEPTION.
