Welcome to your Seabrook Island vacation home! Great golf course views of Ocean Winds from two decks. The location is ideal-close to the beach, golf courses, restaurants and other club amenities. Hop on a bike and take a ride to the Pelicans Nest for a beachy lunch or grab a coofee & ice cream at the Osprey Cafe. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is ready for your vacation memories to begin!
The home has multiple gathering spots for your group. The living room is ther perfect spot to plan the day's events or have post vacation wrap up with an evening beverage. Slding doors in the living room lead out to the large first floor deck. Relax in the den with a tantalizing summer beach read or watch your favorite sporting event on the large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for making the family meals. The round dining table in the kitchen can also be a great spot for family game night or dealing up a game of cards! There are also 2 bar stools at the island. Access the screen porch from the kitchen. Enjoy the screen porch for your morning coffee and breakfast at the Bistro table. The deck has comfy seating and is shaded by Seabrook's majestic Live Oak trees. The owners also have a propane grill for you to conveniently use.
The first floor has a guest bedroom with Queen bed and a private bath featuring a tub/shower combo. A wonderful sleeping option for those who struggle with stairs or want ing some extra privacy. On the second floor is the primary bedroom and two additional guest bedrooms. In the primary bedroom you will sleep peacefully in the King bed. The primary en-suite bathroom has both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Find some solitude in the bedroom's separate reading. A sliding door leads out to the second floor deck. The second floor's first guest bedroom has a Queen bed plus a twin bed. Access the second floor deck from this room too. The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed. Both guest rooms share the full hall bathroom. The large second floor deck has seating and is great for catching some rays or watching the golfers stroll up the fairway. The laundry is located on the second floor and has a full size washer & dryer.
This vacation home has a large yard with sweeping views up and down Ocean Wind's 3rd fairway and distant views of Crooked Oak's 4th fairway. On property you will find beach chairs for your use. Enjoy the best of everything that Seabrook Island has to offer from this wonderful home at 2560 Bent Twig.
This property is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs 50 lbs or less each. An additional pet fee of $35/dog to apply.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
