Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for relaxation and fun, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Our home is centrally located with easy access to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, multiple golf courses & a quick 10-min drive to the Airport. Whether you're gathering with family, friends, or here for a special occasion, our home offers the perfect base for all your activities!

Our large, beautiful backyard provides you with everything you need from our private pool, dining area, grill, archery, & our comfortable outdoor seating for you to enjoy a fun, relaxing stay!

1.‏ Smoking and drug use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, in the hallways of the building, or anywhere on the property premises. This includes vapes, sage, incense, ‏‏weed or other illegal substances that may produce smoke. There is a MINIMUM $1000 fine if discovered, and you also will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs. The $1000 is a penalty fine that comes from building management and may result in the revocation of our rental agreement. Separate from that, you will be charged for any extra cleaning costs that are incurred due to the extensive cleaning process needed to remediate any smoking damages and smells. We use this property personally, and this also impacts other guests, who may have asthma or other lung conditions.

2.‏ Events / Parties are only allowed if approved beforehand in this property, including loud music. ‏‏If a neighbor complains or a party is discovered, there will be a fee of $1000‏‏ and we may ask you to leave without a refund of your stay‏‏. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. ‏

3.‏ We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, you must let us know in advance. Maximum 5 pets per stay. The extra cleaning fee (not included in booking total) per animal is: $50 per pet for stays under 7 days. For stays of 7 - 25 days, the fee is $100 total/pet. For stays of 25 - 30 days, the fee is $250 total/pet. This fee is calculated each 30 day period, meaning on the 31st day the pet fee calculation starts back to day 1 ($25 per night per pet). If you’ve brought an unauthorized pet, you will be charged an unauthorized pet fee (per pet) of $500, in addition to the standard pet fee for your reservation. Pets are to remain off furniture and must not be left unattended, unless inside of a kennel. All dogs must be outside trained, walked outside, and cleaned up after. The use of potty pads is prohibited inside of our property.

The property management requires that Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) be declared at the time of booking. We may request documentation for these special animals. Please note that check-in may be delayed or booking will be canceled without a refund if we are not informed in advance and the extra pet cleaning fee is not settled prior to arrival.

4.‏ You agree to only bring the amount of guests that are in your reservation to into this building unless pre approved for more. There is a $‏‏100‏‏ fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. ‏

5.‏ You may not stay past your reserved date/time. ‏

6.‏ Any additional cleaning and extra mess discovered after your stay will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.‏

7.‏ Do not wash hair down the drain. Do not pour grease or any cooking oil down the sinks/toilets, if a plumber needs to be dispatched, you will be billed $200 plus and additional damage caused

8.‏ A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob or parking permit has a replacement cost of $150 each. A lost, missing, or damaged, phone or access device has a replacement cost of $1000 each.‏

9. Please take care when opening and closing the blinds during your stay. Lost, missing, or damaged blinds have a replacement cost of $40 per blind. If any blinds just fall during your stay, please reattach them to avoid a labor cost of $40 per blind to reattach.

10. ‏Standard check‏‏-‏‏in is at 4:00 pm and check‏‏-‏‏out is at 11am. ‏

11.‏ Late check‏‏-‏‏out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and is $50/hour and is subject to approval. Unauthorized late checkouts/missed check outs are subject to an additional rescheduling fee equal to the original cleaning fee in addition to the standard late checkout fee which is meant to compensate the cleaners for last minute rescheduling and also additional labor/rush cleaning to prepare the unit.

12.‏ Early check‏‏-‏‏in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $50 to check in at 3pm. For anything earlier, the fee is $25/hr, subject to availability. If you ‏‏arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check‏‏-‏‏in time. ‏

13.‏ Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. ‏

14.‏ Reservations longer than 28 nights may require additional cleaning after each month. This will be a separately collected charge at the same cost of your initial cleaning fee.‏

15.‏ There is a security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. ‏‏

16.‏ Any cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of check‏‏-‏‏in order to be addressed. After this period, we cannot be held responsible but can still help. We reserve the right to have a minimum of 24 hours to send someone to inspect the issue prior to resolution. Out of the safety of our team, inspections must be conducted when the apartment is vacant unless otherwise agreed upon. ‏

17.‏ We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you‏‏’‏‏re staying at prior to your arrival. You may deliver items to the door if you are there to receive them, or to a local ‏‏FedEx/UPS. Hosts are not responsible for coordinating pick up. ‏

18.‏ Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. If by any way our staff is offended or disrespected, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund. ‏‏

19.‏ You are booking with a valid government‏‏-‏‏issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. You must provide this to the property manager or host upon request. You may be required to complete additional identity and criminal background screening through a third-party via email in order for us to finalize your reservation. We reserve the right to request a safety deposit of no more than $500, which guarantees compliance with listed house rules, and may be lost upon violation. Failure or inability to do so is not grounds for a refund, and may result in cancellation of your stay. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card

20. Beverages are allowed by the pool, however, you may not have any glass near the pool.

21. If specified in our renters agreement, no shoes are allowed inside the property. Please remove them at the door.

22. Please do not set A/C below 70. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens you will be charged the service fee.

23. We do not refill any of the propane tanks.

24. The pool gets serviced every Thursday. Storms and weather are out of our control and may cause the pool to be inoperable during your stay. Refunds will not be given due to this.

25. PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is currently out of service, we are actively working to resolve this . Refunds will not be given due to this.

Enjoyable

Great location for going to three different ball parks. We had a few issues which was addressed and taken care of. Just disappointed that the hot tub was not working. I know the owners are aware and taking care of it. Ice maker did not work and owners offered to get us ice. All in all great communication with owners and I appreciate the effort trying to take care of the issues we encountered.

Minimal essentials. many broken items (ice maker, kitchen sink sprayer, no entry light to property...used phone flashlight to light way and enter keypad code).Bedroom carpet was filthy, don't dare walk on it barefoot. no mattress pads on beds.Although advertised as having hot tub, per past reviews from early February it was not working then.We stayed last 2 weeks of February and after day one promised it would be fixed in 1-2days. it was not fixed the entire time. Host lied saying "part to fix on the way and repairman on standby". Then he did not respond for days. Now claiming didn't know "Part number"He even asked us to replace batteries to entry pad without reimbursement for batteries. i would never stay here again.For the price and amenities listed, its not worth the price or frustration dealing with the host.I'll post pictures later.

Just Okay

This property was just ok. The location was good with easy access to main streets/highways and a short drive got us to the places we visited (Old Town, Camelback Mtn, hikes, airport) but the neighborhood felt a little uncomfortable. The house was mostly clean, but several details were missed-the worst being the inside of the trash can. The kitchen has most basic necessities but there were no kitchen towels to wash/dry dishes nor complimentary coffee pods during our stay. There were also no extra pool towels—not that we needed them because the biggest issue we had during our stay was that the hot tub did not work. The power button was loose, and it would not turn on. It took two messages and a phone call before getting a response from the host. When he finally responded he apologized for the delay and inconvenience, mentioned having the pool maintenance team come to resolve the issue asap, asked for a preferred time of entry, and offered a refund for the inconvenience. Despite answering his message, no one showed up to fix/look at the hot tub and I have not seen the refund (as of one week after check out). I think this property is a decent stay. The lack of clear communication from the host, however, I found unacceptable.

Get away with friends

We stayed in this rental from 03/01-03/06. Upon arrival, we inspected the property, especially kitchen and bathrooms for cleanliness and they were clean to our liking. Upon closer look in the kitchen there are no wash cloths/towels or soap for cleaning up? Guys checked the gas grill but there is no gas for it. Later found out gas tank has to be filled by renters. What? Have rented many VRBOs and never had to supply my own gas! Looked at the hot tub and soon found out it did not work, which looking back at reviews, it hadn’t been working at least since the beginning of January 2025! This is horrible, especially since they promote a hot tub. Found out, too late, that the pool is not heated either. Upon closer inspection of the bedrooms, especially the Master, carpets are badly stained, have holes and just are not clean. The master bed is also very low to the ground and my husband had a terrible time getting in and out of bed and finally went to sleep on one of the bunk beds. When coming home in the dark, there is no front light on the house to help you put in the code to get in, thus we always had to have our flashlight to put in the code to get in. For older guests especially, this is very dangerous. The neighborhood is not very secure, homeless people living in the alley behind house. The main bathroom shower head only dribbles water, no pressure at all. Unfortunately, we would never rent again. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with a VRBO.
