The Salty Seahorse is located in Laguna Beach on the west side of PCB. A quiet neighborhood, away from the high rises in the east, it is the perfect house for friend or family gatherings. The house, a new build, is a block and half from the beautiful "sugarsand" beach and the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Carousel market and Thomas Donut & Snack Shop are just around the corner. Back Beach Barbecue, with it's mouthwatering menu, is just down the road. Pier Park, with it's shopping, dining, IMAX Theatre and famous Sky Wheel, is only 4 miles to the East. While 30A, which showcases Rosemary Beach's charming shops and restaurants, is 7 miles to the West. Nature Preserves, hiking trails, fishing piers and golf courses are all nearby.
