Late Check-In Fees:

$30 for arrivals post 9 PM.
$50 for arrivals post 11 PM.
$100 for arrivals between midnight and 1 AM.
Check-Out:

We kindly ask that no mail or packages be delivered to the building, please note that sending packages to the Airbnb is not guaranteed to be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
