133-year-old Farmhouse. Full disclosure- this old house gets HOT in the summer.
3 bedrooms (4 beds) with fans in every room, and 1 bathroom, all on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen with dishwasher, living room and dining area on the main floor. Washer/dryer in basement. Tap is well water with 5-stage filtration system, but has mild to moderate sulphur scent.

House is semi-detached; rental is the front house, host and family in the back. Both houses share a wall; this is a quiet, no-party space.

Lovely location, close to Port Dover

We were visiting family and friends in Hamilton and Port Dover, and this location was great. Older home on a small working farm. Great host, who are homesteading.

Quaint and rustic.

Quaint and rustic is what I would say about this place. They have very friendly animals on the property such as 2 dogs, 2 cats and some roaming chickens. The owner was able to communicate effectively which made the stay even better. 30 mins from Ohsweken speedway and 15-20 mins from Port Dover made entertaining ourselves very simple. Great place.

Lovely Stay in the Countryside

We had a lovely stay at Todd’s place. The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared — we especially appreciated the complimentary coffee. The property is huge, with peaceful walking areas and scenic ponds, offering a perfect break from the city. It’s also conveniently located just 10 minutes from major grocery stores. Todd was kind and welcoming, even offering to show us around the barn. He lives in a separate house on the property, which made it easy to reach out if needed, while still feeling like we had our own private space. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Nice old farmhouse

Needs curb appeal. Needed area to set outside. Had trouble finding the house. The house was beautiful inside. Not senior friendly. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
