o Mar boasts two elegantly appointed suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
o The main suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed with plush bedding, nightstands, a lamp for intimate lighting, a smart TV for entertainment, and ample closet space. Rules
o Only guests who have their name on the reservation are allowed on the property – guests may not receive outside visitors.
o Wristbands provided at the time of check-in must be worn at all times while on complex grounds.
o Occupancy may not exceed 4 guests.
o No excessive noise after 10:00 PM.
o No events or parties.
o Smoking is not permitted.
o Pets are not allowed on the property.
o No diving or jumping into the pool.

Payment and Refund Policy
o At the time of booking, a 1% payment is required to confirm your reservation. This payment is non-refundable.
o A 50% payment will be automatically charged 29 days prior to arrival. Once processed, this payment is non-refundable.
o The remaining balance (49%) will be automatically charged 6 days prior to arrival. Once processed, this payment is non-refundable.
