真新しいモダンなビーチハウス、たくさんの日光、プライベート、静かな、メイン広場の後ろ、ビーチから2ブロック、美しいジャングルの景色、プール、庭園、ファンキーで快適。
アートと自然に囲まれて快適に過ごせるように、さまざまなアイテムでスペースを埋めました。 プールの前のハンモックとパーゴラのあるメインパティオは、くつろげるマグネットのようです。
"プラザ"の後ろ、そしてゴルフコート/ゲーテッドコミュニティ "ラスオラス"のそばに、近所は本当に静かです、家は約5つの特性のために路地にあります。 "Villa Esperanza"に着いたら路地を左に曲がってもう少し歩けば家に帰ります！
サンパンチョはジャングルの真ん中にある小さな町です。 時にはサービスが都市ほど速くはなく、特に雨季には重水やハリケーンが地域に近づくため、電源がオフになっている可能性があります。

Just wonderful!

Homero, our host, went above and beyond for us. Super kind and helpful. This house, unlike most VRBOs, is even better in person. Beautifully decorated, lovely outdoor space. Very comfortable accommodations. The neighborhood is quiet and private, but close to three great little grocery stores. Food and drink everywhere we dined in San Pancho was great.Wonderful beaches, too!

Beautiful, comfortable home in San Pancho

We rented this home for 5 days in January 2025. The layout worked very well for our family of four, with enough space for the kids to have their own space, and privacy for the master bedroom. Beautiful views, very quiet and private. Very close to town -- an easy few blocks to the main street. The pool was heated and the kids used it every day. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect!

Homero is the best host we’ve ever had. He’s a great communicator, super responsive and helpful. Nothing gets by him. The house itself is really beautiful and spacious, the pool is wonderful. The neighborhood is under some construction but within the walls of Casa Olivo we felt utterly at home and at peace.

Excellent Accommodations in San Pancho

Our family of four was very pleased with this property. The accommodations are as the pictures depict: very spacious, clean, comfortable, secure and private. With the high ceilings and fans the house stayed remarkably cool and there was often a nice breeze (plus AC if you need it). All the amenities are there. The large plunge pool and top balcony hammock were especially delightful spots to relax. The location in San Pancho is perfect - tranquil but a very short walk to restaurants etc. Homero was welcoming, understanding and extremely helpfully- very responsive to our queries. I feel like we struck gold with this choice.

Great stay!

We loved everything about our 5 week stay at Casa Olivo. Our flight was delayed by a snowstorm, and Homero met us many hours late to greet us and show us around when we arrived. He was a steady, supportive presence during our stay. The house is in a great spot in San Pancho– near everything, yet in a quiet space. The house is comfortable, the pool is very refreshing, and the iguanas and birds are endlessly fascinating. Librado is a great grounds keeper and Luz was a wonderful house cleaner. The architectural design is amazing and the third floor balcony is peaceful and provides gorgeous views to the jungle and the sea. We loved our stay. Thank you.

San Pancho hidden gem

Excellent - great house. Spotless and we enjoyed the iguana show daily very much. Easy walk to the best food and beautiful beach.

It was perfect

We loved this place. My family of 6 stayed and loved it. There was plenty of space. The attention to detail was nice. We really enjoyed the pool and all of the other finishes throughout the home. The bikes were awesome for the boys to hop on and ride to the tiendas. We also like the location because it was quiet. It's only a 4 minute walk to town center where all the vibe is. We would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home for our family!

This is our third trip to San Pancho and our first time staying at Casa Olivo! It was a perfect spot for our family over the last two weeks! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and a short walk to everything! Homero was an incredibly gracious host. We loved our stay!

Super chill week

The stay in Casa Olivia was outstanding. Homero was available by text and was super responsive to any questions or needs. Overall the house and it’s architectural details are fascinating and the courtyard space super chill. Lovely to have a pool to dip into and the kitchen was fully stocked for any occasion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also easy walk into downtown or to the beach. Tremendous location.
