The house is located on the outskirts of the town of Jinotepe, surrounded by trees, in Gated Community, has a clubhouse and pool, with access to the Panoamericana road, near the Beaches, 30 minutes from Casares, Huehuete and Tupilapa, 1 hour from the Airport.
The house is small in size but cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. It has a cozy and well-lit room, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. The living room space is functionally designed, with comfortable furniture and simple yet stylish decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the bathroom is clean and modern. Despite its compact size, the house offers a nice atmosphere and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
The access to the house is through the front door, located on the front of the house.
