This modern studio apartment has just been renovated and comes with air conditioning and heating, brand new furniture, and an upgraded bathroom. The Queen bed is super comfy, and there's a 55" smart TV with high-speed internet for your entertainment.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer combo, an oven with a stove-top cooking element, a microwave, and a deep sink. With new stainless steel appliances, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. If you prefer dining out, there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance.
You will have exclusive use of this apartment, and access to shared laundry facilities. Laundry is free of charge and available from 4pm until 11am each day. Paid parking is available on site as well.
You'll be within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, parks, and entertainment options. Family-friendly community events are often held at Durand Park, including outdoor movie screenings, farmer's markets, and seasonal kids' activities. The Odds Bar next door serves brunch and hosts daily events like trivia night, karaoke, and Sunday football games.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the heart of the James South neighbourhood (Durand), parallel to Augusta Street, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance.
Only minutes away are attractions such as: The Art Gallery of Hamilton, the beautiful and historic Dundurn Castle, Chedoke Falls, Chedoke Civic Golf Course and the Royal Botanical Gardens. There are many scenic walking and hiking trails, as well as the West Harbour waterfront, and breathtaking waterfalls.
Our home is close to downtown Hamilton, a YMCA with a gym and swimming pool, St. Joseph’s hospital and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around:
We offer on-site parking for $15/night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment. There is also easy access to the highways and downtown core.
Our apartment is just metres from the Hunter Street GO Station, with morning service every 20 minutes express to Union Station (downtown Toronto) and back, every 23 minutes to Square One and Toronto International Airport. Evening return service available as well.
Other Things to Note:
•To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• Please be advised that, for safety and preservation reasons, bikes are not allowed inside the unit. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing bikes indoors during your stay to ensure easy access in the hallways and to avoid any obstructions.
• The laundry room is available for all guests' use and is open daily, except during the hours of 11AM to 4PM, when it is reserved for the housekeeper's use. Please feel free to utilize the laundry facilities at any other time.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.
Noise Awareness:
Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.

• a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee)
