Clean, bright light, with big windows. Right in the heart of midtown KC. Built in 1949 with a mid-century modern vibe. 3 unit building, quiet and safe. Gated courtyard that leads to the front door.
Bedrooms/bathroom upstairs, living spaces downstairs. Simple, clean, and comfy space.
A great location for people that want to enjoy all Kansas City has to offer. Museums, theatre, dining, shopping, parks, night life, walking...etc.
Parking is easy, and out front.

Nestled in a tree lined urban neighborhood near parks, museums, night life, and downtown, this unique property offers a bright living room with a futon sofa for extra guests. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. With a well-equipped bathroom and essential amenities like WiFi, central AC/Heat, outfitted kitchen, roomy living space, dining table, TVs, etc, guests will enjoy an comfortable stay.
Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember.

I like to live close to the heart beat of the city. And, this neighborhood is perfectly located to enjoy authentic Kansas City. Easy to get everywhere and close to the fun, culture, night life and sports in KC. Easy to park. Safe to walk. Near a park. Really close to museums, theatres, downtown, and KC night life.

There is no other building like this anywhere. Built in 1949 is still has much of its original mid-century modern charm. Updated by me over the last 27 years. It is a labor or love for me. It is unique, artistic, and charming. I think you will love it, too.
