Not the same as Pictures
I had high expectations for this place because the communication leading up to our stay was very good. When we arrived, the home did not meet livable standards in the add-on room. Of course, we didn't expect it to be as good as the pictures, but this was significantly different. There is a small quibble with the bathroom sink not draining. However, the floors and cleanliness of the house were not what we expected, the backyard wasn't usable, and the add-on rooms were not insulated. Instead, the owner put a swamp cooler and portable heater in a poor attempt to mitigate the situation. We would have frozen (early April) had we slept in that room. The master was in good condition and usable. I feel bad writing this, because the communication before and after was really good. They seem like nice people. We did not stay the night and received a refund minus the cleaning fee--personally, I feel that we should have received the entire amount in return.
