Beautiful property.

Enjoyed our first time on Mullett Lake. Property was super clean and comfortable - had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for walking our dog every morning.

Great opportunities for whatever your family enjoys

We really enjoyed our stay and being able to use the dock to load our boat for trips around the inland waterway and tubing with the kids. The owner responded about minor issues we noticed when we arrived, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to exploring the area more in years to come!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice living room and dinning room for a large group. Easy access to the water with a snowmobile. Planning on coming back next year.

Lovely house on gorgeous lake

The property was extremely clean and the furniture and beds were modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The lake is beautiful and crystal clear. Although there are rocks at the edge, they’re not a problem if you wear water shoes. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the sunset. It was a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed.

Great location

Nice home and property. Rocky near shore very gradual bottom and sandy when you get out about twenty feet. Mooring bouy worked great and held in place with some strong consistent winds. Used dock to load everyone on the boat and physically held it from the dock so there wouldn’t be damage to it from winds and waves moving boat around.

Nice Stay

Nice and clean, with a great view. I'm sure it'll be even better when the dock is in. Only negative (which in no way has any reflection upon the owners) is that there is no sandy area for the kids to play. Entrance to the water is rocky. Aside from that, nice space, very responsive host! Great stay.

Perfect stay on Mullett Lake

Alice and Dave are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Their cottage is beautiful and the cleanest property of the 10+ I have rented. It has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We had 4 adults and three small children in our group. The three bedrooms are well appointed as well as the 2 full baths and kitchen; all the comforts of home are available. In my experience, pictures of rentals are always taken at the perfect angle to make the property look bigger/nicer/cleaner than it actually is, however, quite the opposite in this property. The cottage was represented accurately, with the exception that it was much larger than the impression the pictures gave. The front room nearly spans the entire length of the cottage with expansive lake views and sunsets as it is situated on the east side of the lake. A 15-20 minute drive to several restaurants and grocery shopping. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, all properties are well cared for, and all neighbors we encountered were very pleasant. I would not think twice about renting this property again. You will not find more responsive owners that will ensure your stay exceeds expectations. Many thanks to Alice and Dave.

Family Vacation

We had a great time on Mullett Lake. Everything about this property was wonderful. Very clean, well-appointed kitchen, lots of beach towels for our use, access to the owner's boat dock, and absolutely beautiful view. We will be back again!

Mullet Lake Fun

The home was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet location. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed walking the dogs down the road and appreciated that they were permitted and the yard was private enough. The sunsets were beautiful. It was an excellent starting point for a boat trip to Burt Lake or Cheboygan. The only feature that would have really enhanced our stay would have been a dock and boat hoist but there are two boat launches within a few miles.

Amazing summer vacation!

We had such an amazing time at this house! Really well maintained house and yard! The view is stunning! We brought our 2 boys, dog, and boat up for the week and it was so much fun! Highly recommend staying here!

Sooo Relaxing

Our stay was wondeeful!!! We were in need of some quality R&R and this home was exactly that. The area was well located for exploring, and very quiet too. Our 2 dogs loved the large backyard that leads straight to the lake. Both sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. One comment ... the pictures, although spectacular, dont do it justice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mullet Lake

Property was just as advertised. Everything was exceptionally clean and in order. Owners checked a couple times to make sure that we were OK. Place is right on the lake and our puppy enjoyed swimming there every day.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage with 10 friends- Dave and Alice were so accommodating and friendly !!! The views and sunsets we’re breathtaking and our friends got engaged standing next to the water!! I can’t recommend this place enough.. we will definitely be back!!

Lovely winter get away

Alice and Dave were generous hosts and the home was perfect for our needs. It was nice to go walking through Aloha park with our dog and the views over the lake were very peaceful.

My husband, Dave and I have lived in Northern Michigan for 20 years and on Mullett Lake since 2007. We own local businesses and know the area well. Our goal is to provide travelers with the highest quality accommodations in a great location.

Needle Pointe Dr is a quiet secluded neighborhood yet near all the activities. Adjacent to Aloha State Park. We can walk right in and enjoy the trails and park store. It provides close access to launch your watercraft. The property is also close to a free boat launch, just south off of Deveraeux Lake Rd.

Sunsets are spectacular and views are hard to beat. The 100’ of Mullett Lake Frontage provides great swimming. We also love that we are minutes away from the Cheboygan River and Indian River by boat.

We love our neighborhood. It’s great for morning and evening walks and bike rides.
