** Host your family/friends in our elegant Dining room with a Gas Fireplace. Your group will make amazing memories while being in our home.

- As you enter our home, we have a game room with Foosball Table and Classic Arcade games for entertainment

- Our fully stock kitchen overlooks our Dining room that can easily sit 10-12 people. This beautiful dining room opens to the 2nd floor and to the backyard. Perfect for BBQ meals.

- Our Living Room is located on the 2nd Floor and includes a 65" Smart TV with Netflix and a pull out sofa bed. Video game consoles can be rented as per availability.

- Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that includes 4 Queen beds. The bedroom located on the back of the house has amazing views of the Mountains. The main bathroom upstairs is shared with these 3 bedrooms. All bathroom essentials will be provided (towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)

** Please note our Master bedroom (King bed) is located on the Main Floor and includes an ensuite full bathroom for your convenience.

- We have all cleaning supplies for guests to use. We welcome guests to use the full laundry as needed as well.

- The garage is available for usage, so a total of 4 cars can potentially be parked (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). Our community also has free visitor parking for guests on a first-come first-serve basis.

- Our community also has an amazing outdoor heated pool for guests to use (closes early September). However, there is an amazing spa with indoor heated pools called Blue Mountain Aquatic Centre that we will gladly provide vouchers for.

- Free shuttle bus for guests to use to travel to and from the Village. Or take a very nice and short stroll for only 15 minutes to the Village.

- Our backyard is open and very beautifully kept. We have dedicated sitting space for our guests as well as a BBQ

**** Please note we are very strict regarding cleanliness. Extra charges may apply for deep cleaning. Cancellation of reservation may occur if guests are not respecting the Town Of Blue Mountains Noise Bylaws.

These services include and not limited to hydro, water, gas, internet, AC, heat, snow condition, the opening and closing of other services such as the pool, ski hills, ect.
