Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ashley from the management team was great, and very responsive when we had problems. Unfortunately, this property isn't ready for guests yet, in my opinion, and we had a series of problems as Ashley tried to find a working room for us: no curtains, no internet, ants, little hot water. Also, to call this a home, and not post pictures of the actual exterior is misleading. The pictures of the river are great, but the hotel is on the main highway 1.5 miles away.

Misleading photos

When i showed up i was a little disappointed in the property. There is a reason there are not many outside photos. The "bay" photo is a joke. The hot water went out on my second day. The property manager seems nice but stopped responding almost as soon as i checked in. No response on the hot water or anything, but up to that poi t she had responded.
