Our neighborhood is very walkable. Our home is located on tree lined streets of Fairway, Kansas—one of the most charming neighborhoods in the Kansas City metro.

Getting Around:
This property offers parking in our driveway. The neighborhood is walkable. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
