chase rice concert at the band shell. so convenient we did not have to drive anywhere. concert and restaurants just steps away. and the beach beautiful as always

Awesome!!!

Great condo with amazing views!! It was clean, well-maintained, and everything that we expected! I have stayed at several condos at Oceanwalk and this one is definitely one of the best for the price! Go ahead and book it..You will not be disappointed!!

Great place to stay at Daytona Beach

My family enjoyed staying at this property. This was a good value for the price. Some previous reviews sounded negative because the unit was not as updated as it could be, which is true, but when you compare the price to what Wyndham charges to stay in the timeshare tower, I would much rather stay here and save some money to do other activities. If you want to stay in a unit that has fancy granite counters, upgraded cabinets and luxury bath, you should book directly through a Wyndham timeshare owner and see what that will cost you. I was pleasantly surprised to find the parking pass was included with my stay here. Book with Wyndham and they charge you to park your car . It was nice having washer / dryer in the unit. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed the pools and beach area.

Location, location, location!

First of all, we stayed 5 nights in this condo. We were 2 adults and a 1 year old baby. The location is absolutely perfect. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony everyday. The condo is in a very good condition. What you see is what you get. No surprise. The layout is ideal for everyone. The building is clean, the pools are heated and clean and the elevators are very fast. You don't have to wait to get to the 14th floor. The closest grocery store is at a 5 min drive and there are some good restaurants around the building. I would (and probably will) come back in this condo for a vacation in Daytona.

Amazing amenities but condo not kept up

The resort was amazing check in and parking was super easy and convenient, very nice/helpful staff, clean facility, and so much to do without needing to leave the resort. I cant say enough positive things about the resort itself, adults and kids all had a blast! The condo needs a lot of work. It is very outdated, many things broken, and not very clean.(Stains on many things like chairs, curtains, floor, ceilings. Dirt in areas that you can tell are never cleaned like vents, sprinklers, under beds, area rugs, drawers, cabinets, etc. closet door off hinges, oven doesnt heat to right temperature, not all burners on stove top work. Was asked to turn on dishwasher when leaving and it wouldn’t turn on. Major electrical issues as most outlets didn’t work or would spark when plugging chargers into them. Definitely some bugs in unit, couldn’t tell what kind but they were seen on 3 different occasions. Response of rental owner was very quick when the garbage disposal was broken, but so many other things that need fixing upkeep that weren’t even worth contacting about. I would 100% stay at this resort again but not in this particular unit.

Loved the Condo, Resort, and Owners

Effortless and perfect. The condo was clean, the view was breathtaking, the resort was clean, safe, fun and the staff was attentive. It’s not often everyone in a group have no complaints. We will return.

Condo Review

Property was not clean and half of the appliances did not work when in the review it says all appliances work. Found items all throughout the condo, very dirty. Not happy.

Vacation Stay at Ocean Walk

The view and location are spectacular. Having a kitchen and feeling more like a home than a hotel room is nice for an extended vacation. The issue becomes did I feel the money I paid for 7 nights a value. I do not. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Border paper along ceiling was peeling. Dishwasher rusty. Pans I wouldn’t use as they were old. A blue chair that was dirty and I wouldn’t sit in. No instructions on how to use the TV and Internet so internet service was horrible, had to use my phone as a hot spot. Couldn’t get wall switches to work in bedroom for light and fan. My spouse had to plug/unplug cords to figure out. No coffee or laundry for one day as the advertisement indicated. Outdated shower head. I felt if this was a hotel room I would compare to a lower class motel Room. I really struggle with the amount paid. The beds were comfortable. The towels were nice. The view amazing.

Needs updated!

Sofa bed needs to be replaced it was broke. Furniture needs to be updated. Wall paper in living room needs to be updated. Bathroom needs to be updated. Fridge was outdated, needs to have ice maker. TV remote was not working properly.

Great resort for family

The resort is in the perfect spot. Near to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The resort is beautiful. My family enjoyed the pool, the slides, the lazy river, the Starbucks, the beach... We will definitely be back!

Great place for the price

I stayed here in May with five other girls. Everything was as described and clean. This unit was perfect for us and the resort amenities were very nice! This place was located near mostly everything and we walked everywhere we needed to go. We only had one small issue during our stay, but the owner fixed it promptly!

Oceanfront Paradise

Have stayed in many units at the Oceanwalk. This unit is a direct oceanfront with a balcony to watch the birds fly by, see the pools in action, listen to the waves and see the boardwalk and catch the morning sunrise. I have been coming to DB all my life. The unit is the perfect size for a couple. We had a few minor concerns that were taken care of with the responsive owner. It was clean and as listed on VRBO. We would return again for the price we paid, location, and unit. TY!
