The Space:
Open concept and modern stylish design. Light, bright and airy. A beautiful space with West Elm furnishings, and everything is brand new. Every detail carefully thought out. We want you to not only feel at home here, but also love your surroundings. Staying in an aesthetically pleasing space is important to us, and we chose each piece mindful of guests who enjoy the same living environment.

* Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed. Plus 1 twin roll away bed, children’s crib, located in the master closet.

*2nd Bedroom has one queen bed.

*3rd Bedroom is an Office /bedroom located downstairs with the front door and garage door, this space is completely separate from the main living space, though it is not completely private because there isn’t a door to the stairs. This space has one Twin memory foam sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire place including all of the inside living areas and the 1 car garage.

The Neighborhood:
Great downtown location. Amazing coffee shop next door. 2 blocks from historic Temple Square, on a quiet tree lined street.

Getting Around:
2 blocks from a TRAX light rail station.

10 minute drive from the airport or a 30 minute TRAX ride. Walk to everything downtown: the convention center and Vivint Arena are only 3 blocks away and Temple Square is only .4 miles.

Lifts and Ubers are also plentiful.

We offer our guests complimentary Keurig coffee, Roku TV with Netflix, fast WiFi, pack n play, 4 memory foam beds, and black out window shades. Washer and dryer.

Our reservations team is on from 8am-8pm (MST). The guest booklet located inside of the home will also provide you with emergency contact information if needed during the stay.
