This recently remodeled unit offers a door leading to the backyard with a private hot tub for your use only. Enjoy the city view from the front porch. Very close to downtown conference centers, restaurants, bars & shopping with quick freeway access. 13 minute drive to the airport.

Private hot tub exclusive for your use located in the back yard. You may hear folks walking above you and please be respectful walking above the folks below you.

Great location, minutes from Capitol Building and Salt Palace

This was a great property located just minutes from the Salt Lake City Capitol Building, airport and the Salt Palace Convention center. The rooms were comfy, the kitchen was the perfect size. The amenities were great, we tried the hot tub and it was clean and hot. There was plenty of parking and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Better than the pictures!

Exceeded my expectations! Located on Capitol Hill, so expect hills/steep roads. Quiet, close location to food and many other attractions downtown. 10/10 would stay again.

Good Location

Overall good stay. Easy check-in and great communication with property manager. The unit wasn’t totally clean upon check-in but we dealt with it. The hot tub was great. The location was close to cafes, shopping, restaurants and the Capital is a block away. 45 mins to the Cottonwoods and 50 mins to Park City.

The place was perfect. Exactly as described and the host was top notch.

We had a great stay. The host even let us check in early which helped us tremendously. The house was in a great location and just as described. We have stayed at a lot of places and this one is one of our favorites. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place to stay for March madness

The property was in a great location. Close to the Delta center, right next to the state capital, Hiking nearby, and she has several excellent guidebooks available in her home. Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Great location!

Cute, small, and perfect location. 2 bedrooms and one bath—reminiscent of a college apartment. Thankful for the fans in the bedroom for noise management. Easy to check in and check out. About a 15 minute walk into an adorable downtown SLC

Great place and great location!

My daughters and I had a great time! This house is in a great location. It's walking distance to the Capitol and great places to eat. We loved everything about the house, and the spa was awesome! The beds were very comfortable. We would defiantly stay here again!

Host was very responsive. Location is nicely situated for access to many Salt Lake areas. Needed pet friendly location and this certainly was great. The maintenance and cleaning people were so so nice and kind and helpful. It was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen with all necessary accessories for cooking. And sweet extra thoughts like the coffee pods and the pink sweetener packets we often forget. Biggest issue is very steep drive way and walk for an older person to access the middle unit. Parking is sort of a mess. There are three spaces in the lower area but three vehicles are a super tight fit. Like almost impossible to get out once parked. Another renter was kind enough to trade parking spots so I could get an elderly parent in and out. That driveway and backing out onto a downhill road would be a mess in snow and ice. Our larger suv slid on dry pavement due to the grade when backing out. Maybe needs to be noted in listing just in case people are there with more disabled people. Lovely stay though.
