The Indoors:
Bryant Bungalow has plenty of seating to watch your favorite SEC team score! This home can sleep up to 4 adults plus 4 children for a total of 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 2 sleeper couch/futon in various locations.

The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and appliances to create the perfect meal or just some tailgating snacks. There is bar seating only.

The Outdoors:
Enjoy the large enclosed outdoor porch with furniture and a spacious fenced in backyard with a Gazebo and wood burning fire pit - perfect for celebrating your team. There is a propane grill as well for your grilling needs!

The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
