Very quite and peaceful neighborhood full of working professionals. Located centrally making everything you could need within a 5 minute drive.

There is one parking spot for this house but there is guest parking located very close as well.

NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call police if there are loud noises or suspicion of a party. If the police are called there will be a $750 fine.
