The Viewpoint is cradled by natural wildlife, for bikers, walkers, and hikers you will be spoiled by a National Treasure the C&O Canal and The Potomac River, located literally in the backyard. The Viewpoint offers the Potomac Canal towpath for biking, walking, and hiking which extends 184 miles from Cumberland Maryland all the way down to Georgetown.

If you loved riding your bike as a child, and if you love getting exercise, and if you love taking in wildlife while in their natural setting, you are in for a treat! With no stop lights or hills on the C&O canal towpath, enjoy our touring bikes made by Specialized, which are provided for your enjoyment.

"The Viewpoint property FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. The pictures simply did not do the property justice. The interior was immaculately designed, with intricate and interesting pieces that cultivated a peaceful and home-like feel. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Large windows on every floor saturate the house in natural light, allowing for full views of the Potomac River and wooded scenery all around. A large deck off the main level is great for outdoor family time or peaceful reflections over a book, with the sounds of nature and singing birds in the backdrop. Our son loved exploring all nature had to offer in the surroundings. Privacy is easily achieved in this location, with a highly functional layout prime for large groups or families. There are separate laundry facilities in the basement and upper levels, as well as a game and yoga room downstairs. The bedrooms all have thoughtful themes and exceptional bedding allowing for a great night’s rest. The chef’s kitchen is a wonderful gathering space, with a double sized island and ample seating for family congregation around lovely meals. The bonus of the experience at Viewpoint was exceptional customer service by Horizon Management, who was responsive to all of our needs in exceptional time. Our family was expecting a baby during our time at Viewpoint and there is absolutely no greater place we could have chosen to welcome our bundle of joy."
