Amazing property with two villas in Comporta
Nestled in the scenic countryside between Comporta and Grandola, this property is just a 20-minute drive from some of the country’s most beautiful beaches, making it perfect for large gatherings of family or friends.
The estate offers 6 bedrooms and 2 mezzanines, set on a 700 m2 landscaped garden plot. It includes a swimming pool, a lounging area with plenty of seating for relaxing by the poolside, a multi-sport court for football, volleyball, basketball, and tennis, an outdoor dining area, and ample parking.
The design of the main villa is modern and vibrant, with a cozy and attractive living room that opens through large French doors to the garden and pool. Surrounding the villa, a terrace with lounge chairs and side tables provides a perfect spot for relaxation.
The dining room seats up to 14 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen is stylish and has everything needed for entertaining or family meals. Additionally, there’s a game room with a snooker table, foosball table, and a piano!
The four spacious suites are comfortable and open onto the terrace and garden, with some offering views of the pool. Upstairs, a large glass-walled mezzanine serves as the office space.
In the garden, a terrace with sofas and a dining area makes it perfect for an evening cocktail. There is also an outdoor dining table with a barbecue, ideal for hosting lunches.
The second house includes a modern living room with a dining area, two suites, a fully equipped kitchen, and a third bedroom on the mezzanine. The pool area is outfitted with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and hammocks. This house also has air conditioning and parking. Located just a 20-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Comporta and Melides, and only an hour from Lisbon.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
As we want a careless stay for our guests, we do not like surprises for both parties. This is why we recommend you to read all below.
•Standard check-in time 4 PM (16:00) and standard check-out time 10 AM (10:00) - A flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. The policy applies only when the booking calendar allows it (no guests checking in or out on the same day).
GUESTS : Number of guests must be indicated in the booking request. Adding more guests after the booking will be allowed only if agreement is reached - Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the Guest.
SAFETY : Before the check in all the Guests staying at the property have to send us full name and passport number or ID which we will leave at the reception. For security reasons the building needs to know who is staying, this is an official access.
RESPONSIBILITY : All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
Guests shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the building in which the apartment is located. Payment of the fine shall be made before departure, as soon as homeowners are notified as to the motive and value of said fine. If the notification arrives after the guests' departure, payment will be collected through the deposit.
GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION : In the case the guest gets into trouble with the police involving illegal drugs or anything other illegal conduct, homeowners will not be able to assist guests in any way, and will proceed to evict guests immediately with no refund.
OTHER GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION : Breaking terms of the contract - Disturbing the neighbors, loud parties, underage prostitution, negligence, drugs, property damage or any other detrimental conduct - No loud parties or noises must be made after 23:00 - If expulsion occurs, the guest will receive notification by the doorman or homeowner.
