I recently stayed at this duplex and was extremely disappointed. What you see is not what you get. It is not charming.The front storm door didn't close properly due to the placement of the lock box, and an old mop bucket with dirty water was left by the front door next to overgrown bushes There was minimal information provided by the host, and I had to text the host to request WiFi information. The duplex looked like an old clubhouse with worn-out furniture and cast-offs. The living room smelled like urine. The carpet was stained throughout. The lack of completion on repairs, decorating, and furnishings was obvious. There were no curtains, night stands, tables, or lamps, and the TV was on the floor. The dining table was a folding card table. In the main bathroom, the towel bar was missing a bracket and hanging from one side, A stack of assumingly dirty dishes were left on the counter along with puddles of water, old sponges, and musty linens were in the washer. There were bags of trash by the mailbox and in the garage. There was trash in the bathroom can when we got there.The fence was falling over and full of holes. The yard was not mowed, with at least 3ft tall dead grass creating a thick, dangerous carpet over mole holes and mud—a total safety hazard. There was garbage and pet waste, and the landscaping was not in place. With a severe drop-off, someone could easily be injured.The neighborhood was loud, with music, cars, and people yelling outside.
