- The property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances.
- To heat the jacuzzi, there is a fee of $100 per day and is not preheated. If you wish to use the jacuzzi, let management know 24hrs in advance. The spa is available for use daily between 10:00 AM and 9:45 PM.
- The pool can NOT be heated
- Propane is not provided for the BBQ or fire pit. If you would like to use these amenities, there is a local hardware store 7mins from the home where you can purchase a tank.
